We have 6 production lines and 400+ people in factory, including the R&D team.
- All commodities(LED Power Supply) are brand new as per Manufacturer’s standard.
- Country of origin and manufacturer: China.
- IF defective rate is in 1% within 2 years, pls open the case and take photo(wrong place, No. , etc). After the analysis of QC, if its WHOOSH power supply's problem for sure, we’ll send you new ones together with your next order.
- IF defective rate is more than 1% within 2 years, pls take photo first, after QC analysis, they'll tell us the quantity that clients send back. Clients should bare the send-back cost first. IF its WHOOSH power supply's problem for sure, we'll return all the cost incurred by the sending back and send new ones together with your next order. BUT if not, clients should bare the cost.
(Note: QC is quality control department).
